Mulligan Concept™ Core Curriculum

Upper Quadrant

This two-day course provides clinicians with a hands-on, practical approach to assessing and treating the cervical and thoracic spine, ribs, and upper extremity using the Mulligan Concept™. With a blend of lectures, patient demonstrations, and lab time, participants will learn to apply pain-free mobilization techniques that quickly restore functional movement. The course emphasizes clinical reasoning and immediate applicability, supported by taping and home program strategies to optimize patient outcomes and is an excellent first course.

Lower Quadrant

Focused on the lower extremity and lumbopelvic region, this two-day course delivers a comprehensive introduction to the Mulligan Concept™. Clinicians will engage in lectures, demonstrations, and extensive lab practice to master effective, pain-free techniques that can be applied immediately in clinical settings. The course also covers taping and home program integration to enhance recovery and reinforce treatment effectiveness.  The Lower Quadrant is an excellent first course.

Advanced Course

This two-day advanced course refines and expands clinicians’ manual therapy skills using the Mulligan Concept™, a proven system of pain-free techniques that restore functional movement. Building on foundational knowledge, the course introduces advanced Mobilization With Movement™ applications, including Pain Release Phenomenon, and compression strategies. Through lectures, patient demos, and hands-on labs, participants will deepen their clinical reasoning and enhance treatment effectiveness with practical, immediately applicable skills.
